Personal Journey & Identity

1. How has your personal journey shaped the content you create and share with your followers?

My personal journey has had a huge impact on the content I create. Most of what I share revolves around gym sessions and fitness shoots because when I’m not working, I’m usually at the gym. The gym has become a big part of my life. I honestly can’t imagine staying away from it.

There was a time when I weighed over 100 kg, and I had never really experienced what life felt like for someone with a slimmer body, since I’ve been chubby since childhood. That transformation became a turning point for me. It not only changed my physical health but also shaped my mindset, confidence, and lifestyle.

2. Your Instagram bio expresses gratitude towards a special person. Could you share more about this individual and their significance in your life?

My Instagram bio says “Labbaik Ya Hussain”, which reflects my deep love and spiritual connection with Imam Hussain (A.S). I feel truly fortunate to have this love for the Ahl-e-Bait in my heart. As someone who belongs to the Shia community, the teachings and sacrifices of Imam Hussain (A.S) hold immense significance in my life.

His character teaches us strength, patience, resilience, and standing up for truth even in the face of extreme adversity. His legacy continues to inspire me on a personal and emotional level, and that’s why I carry this expression of devotion in my bio. It’s not just words, it’s a part of my identity and faith.

3. What role does spirituality or gratitude play in your daily life and online presence?

I consider myself a deeply spiritual person. For me, staying connected to Allah is essential. We never know what tomorrow holds, whether we’ll even wake up to see another day. That awareness constantly reminds me to live with purpose and gratitude.

Sometimes we see people who seem lucky or blessed but still feel miserable. Whenever I feel like I don’t have enough, I try to remember those who truly have nothing, whose lives are far more difficult. That perspective keeps me grounded and grateful.

Spirituality is also part of my online presence. I often share spiritual posts and even manage a separate page dedicated to that. I believe that at the end of the day, we will all leave this world behind and the only thing that will truly matter are our actions and connection with Allah.

Once you become spiritually connected, you begin to let go of negativity. You learn patience, find peace, and start seeing life from a much deeper, more meaningful perspective.

Content Creation & Acting

4. Your Reels often feature creative visuals and storytelling. What inspires your content creation process?

I’ve always been drawn to poetry, especially deep and meaningful lines that touch the heart. I also enjoy John Elia’s poetry and  slow music. It helps set a mood that reflects my thoughts and emotions. I’m inspired by art that speaks without needing to shout, and I prefer creating content that has depth rather than simply following trends.

Nature is another big source of inspiration for me. The calmness, the colors, the stillness it all influences how I visualize my content. Most of my Reels blend poetry with slow music and visuals that carry a soft, artistic vibe. That’s the kind of storytelling I love, something that feels personal, emotional, and real.

5. How do you decide which brands or products to collaborate with on your platform?

Most of the time, brands reach out to me through messages and share their collaboration details. Once I receive the pitch, I go through everything carefully, this includes understanding the brand, the product, and of course, the budget.

If the budget aligns and everything else feels like a good fit, including the brand’s values and how well it connects with my audience, then I move forward with the collaboration. I always make sure that any partnership feels authentic and adds value to my platform.

6. Can you walk us through a typical day in your life as an actor?

A typical day in my life really depends on whether I have a shoot or not. If there’s a shoot scheduled, my day usually starts early. The call time is around 9:30 AM, and the car comes to pick me up. From there, the entire day is spent on set, shooting scenes back-to-back. Pack-up usually happens quite late, around 10:30 or even 11. On such days, it becomes really difficult to make time for the gym.

However, if I’m home and not working, my day is a lot more relaxed. I usually start my morning with just a cup of tea. I’m not someone who eats multiple meals. I mostly have only one proper meal a day, which is dinner. If I get hungry during the day, I might snack on something light like chickpeas.

Later in the day, I go to the gym for about two hours. After that, I come home, have dinner, and end the night with another cup of tea. That’s how most of my non-shoot days go simple, balanced, and focused on fitness and self-care.

7. What challenges do you face in maintaining authenticity while partnering with brands?

I believe the key to maintaining authenticity is clear communication from the very beginning. Before agreeing to any collaboration, I make sure to clearly share my own terms and conditions what I can manage and what I can’t. This helps both sides stay on the same page and avoids any misunderstandings later.

By being upfront, I ensure that the content I create still aligns with my personal style and values. It’s important to me that any brand partnership feels genuine, not forced so I always prioritize transparency and authenticity before moving forward.

8. How do you handle negative feedback or criticism on social media?

Most of the time, I choose to ignore negative feedback. I believe that sometimes when people leave critical comments, it may reflect something going wrong in their own life or a bad day they’re having. So, I try not to take it personally. If the comment is really harsh, I simply delete it.

However, if a situation ever becomes overwhelming or the negativity continues, I don’t hesitate to block the person. Protecting my mental peace and focusing on positivity is important to me.

Engagement & Community

9. Your posts often include heartfelt messages. How do you connect emotionally with your audience?

I think a big part of connecting with my audience comes from understanding their emotions. Our Pakistani audience is very sensitive, and I love posting captions that resonate with them on a deep level. For instance, when I share poetry related to heartbreak, people often relate to it personally, because we all go through similar emotions at some point in life.

Poetry is something I really enjoy, and my captions often take the form of poetic expressions. This allows me to share raw, emotional thoughts and connect with my followers who might be feeling the same way.

10. Have you ever received a message from a follower that deeply impacted you?

Yes, I receive a lot of messages from my followers. Some are incredibly sweet and heartfelt, a few even send me poetry, which really touches me. While there can be some negativity, I’ve also come across some of the kindest people through my platform. There are even a few followers I’ve followed back because of the genuine connection we developed. Just like in real life, social media is also a mix of both good and not-so-good experiences, but I’m grateful for the positivity and love that comes my way.

11. How do you manage to stay engaged with your followers amidst a busy schedule?

Usually when I post pictures on Snapchat or Instagram, I receive a lot of messages. Honestly, I have this habit where I don’t reply to everyone, especially on Snapchat. But if someone sends a really thoughtful or meaningful message, I do try to respond. I may not be able to reply to everyone all the time due to my schedule, but I truly appreciate the love and support I receive.

 Fashion & Lifestyle

12. Your fashion choices are often bold and unique. How would you describe your personal style?

I wouldn’t exactly call my fashion choices bold  for me, it’s all about comfort. I wear what makes me feel good and confident. I believe your outfit should reflect the place or occasion you’re going to. I’m not someone who’s crazy about brands, but I do admire good design. For example, I absolutely love Deepak’s designs. I even did a bridal shoot wearing his clothes, and it was an amazing experience.

13. Are there any fashion icons or cultural influences that inspire your wardrobe selections?

I wouldn’t say I follow any specific fashion icons or trends. My biggest inspiration is comfort. I believe in wearing what suits me, not necessarily what’s trending. I’m not someone who gets influenced easily by the latest styles  in fact, I’m quite far from that mindset. My wardrobe is more about what feels right for me personally.

14. How do you balance comfort and style in your daily outfits?

Comfort always comes first for me. If I’m not comfortable in heels, I won’t wear them. It’s that simple. I love sneakers because they’re super comfortable and can still look stylish with the right outfit. For me, real style is about confidence, and that comes when you’re wearing something that makes you feel good.

15. What upcoming fashion trends are you most excited about?

To be honest, I don’t really follow fashion trends closely. I wear what I like and what suits me. But if a trend happens to align with my personal style and comfort, I might give it a try. For me, fashion is very personal. It shouldn’t be about blindly following what’s popular, but about expressing who you are.

 Cultural Influence & Representation

16. With your bold perspective and forward-thinking mindset, how do you perceive the societal challenges we face today , particularly those impacting women? What role do you believe voices like yours can play in shifting mindsets and driving meaningful change?

I believe women today are more empowered than ever  and it’s beautiful to witness. We’re seeing women stepping into every field: driving, working in the police force, even riding bikes and driving school buses. These may seem like everyday things, but they represent a powerful shift in mindset. I absolutely love seeing women take up space confidently. It makes me proud as a woman.

We’ve also got some amazing female role models in our society. I personally admire Mahira Khan. She’s so graceful and carries herself with elegance. I’m a big fan of hers.

I also believe that even small actions can inspire change. For example, people tell me they feel motivated to hit the gym just by watching my updates. That means something. It shows how our day-to-day choices, what we share, and how we live  can encourage others.

Sometimes I share spiritual content too, and it’s heartwarming when someone messages me saying it brought them closer to Allah. That’s the kind of positive impact I want to continue making.

17. What message do you hope to convey to your audience through your cultural expressions?

The core message I try to convey is: be who you truly are. On social media, a lot of people try to present a version of themselves that isn’t real  but I believe in showing up as my true self. What you see online is exactly how I am in real life. I don’t pretend to be something I’m not, and I won’t change just to fit someone else’s expectations.

18. What does a sincere connection with Allah mean to you, beyond rituals and outward practice?

Every person has their own unique bond with Allah. We are no one to judge whose connection is stronger or weaker. Sometimes, people may appear very religious and actively involved in religious practices. On the other hand, there are those who may not look religious at all, yet they carry a deep fear and love of Allah in their hearts.

Only Allah decides whose prayers are accepted. That connection between a person and their Creator is something deeply personal and internal communication that doesn’t need to be shown to the world. Yes, we can motivate others through our actions and words, but it should never turn into a show or display of religiosity. Sincerity in our relationship with Allah is what truly matters.

Personal Growth & Challenges

19.Can you share a challenging moment you’ve faced during your shoots?

One of the most challenging experiences I’ve had was during the shoot of the drama Dushman in Bahawalpur with director Abdullah Badini. We were filming in the desert. It was freezing cold at night and extremely hot during the day. I was working alongside Nadia Afghan and Hadi, and I still remember we were shooting non-stop from early morning till late night, sometimes for 16 to 18 hours straight. It really tested our physical strength and focus.

Another tough shoot was during Ramadan at Ranikot. It was for an OST, and I was fasting. The scene required me to walk along the walls of Ranikot in a heavy outfit  and the shoot went on for 22 hours. I remember feeling dizzy right after Sehri, but I still gave my best. It was exhausting, but I pushed through with patience and professionalism.

We also shot in Nathia Gali, which brought its own set of challenges with the cold and terrain.

20.How do you maintain mental well-being in the fast-paced world of social media?

To maintain my mental well-being, I focus on not comparing myself to others. It’s natural to feel a sense of jealousy when you see someone achieving something, but I remind myself that they’ve likely faced struggles we don’t see. Jealousy is a human emotion, but it’s something you can control. I believe in focusing on my own growth rather than getting distracted by others.

Future Aspirations

21. What new projects or collaborations are you most excited about?

I’m really excited about a new project I’m working on, and I can’t wait to share it with everyone, InshaAllah. It’s something I’m deeply passionate about, and I know it will resonate with my audience. Stay tuned, as I’ll be revealing more very soon!

22. Where do you see yourself and your brand in the next five years?

That’s a very good question! Honestly, I’m not someone who plans too far ahead like I used to, but I’ve learned that life is unpredictable, and there’s no guarantee about where you’ll be in the future. However, if I were to look ahead, I see myself as a very successful actress because acting is my true passion. I want to continue growing in my career and doing what I love, and I’m dedicated to making that happen, no matter where the journey takes me.

And finally, I just want to say: There is so much pain in the world, and everyone faces their own challenges. We never truly know what someone else is going through, so it’s important to try to be kind. Whether you’re out on the road or with your friends, avoid being rude or disrespectful even if it’s just in a playful manner. Don’t insult anyone, whether it’s a bike rider, a rickshaw driver, or anyone else. Treat others with kindness and respect, because you never know how much of a difference it could make in their day.
