Peach Iced Tea

Peach Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • Four cups water
  • Four peach flavoured green tea bags
  • Two ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Ice

Directions

  • Bring the water to a boil in a large saucepan.
  • Add the tea bags and steep for 5-10 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags and stir in the sliced peaches, honey, and lemon juice.
  • Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing down on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
  • Chill the tea mixture in the refrigerator.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour the chilled tea mixture over the ice.
  • Garnish with a slice of peach.

Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Two cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • One cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • One tablespoon honey
  • One teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice

Directions

  • Combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Add ice and blend again until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple or a sprinkle of coconut flakes.
